JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Officer ensures high standards of quality and compliance in security system installations. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to monitor, inspect, and improve systems while ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on installed security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Maintain and organize quality documentation, procedures, and audit reports.
• Inspection & Testing:
• Perform inspections and testing of security system installations before handover.
• Identify defects, malfunctions, or non-compliance and take corrective actions.
• Process Improvement & Enforcement:
• Implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery. Ensure teams follow quality procedures.
• Prevent recurring quality issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Training & Support:
• Train technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with installation guidelines and safety standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Align quality checks with health and safety regulations.
• Report any safety hazards or risks observed during inspections.

Skills Required

• 2-3 years of experience in a security system integrator company.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
• Experience in quality control, inspections, and testing.
• Driving License Mandatory.

The qualifications of Bachelor's in Electronics, Telecom, or IT are highly relevant to this role. Having a background in one of these fields equips the individual with the necessary technical foundation to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of security systems, as well as implementing and improving quality control measures.
