Job summary

793 Hellmann Calipar Healthcare Logistics DWC-LLC Ltd. is seeking a Quality Controller - Healthcare to safeguard quality, health and safety within its pharma logistics warehouse. You will oversee QMS, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.

Collaborating with management and other departments, you will conduct inspections, maintain batch records, and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety across the operation in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related Life Science field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and distribution processes.
• Experience: Minimum two years work experience in pharma logistics industry is of advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO9001.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Controller is responsible to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of quality management system within warehouse; carrying training, closely monitoring performance of warehouse team; performing self-inspections on facility & product handling as well as QA control and completing batch records for values added service activity.
• The QC works closely with various departments to identify & mitigate potential risks, promote best practices & ensure continuous improvement in quality, health & safety performance.
• The position is responsible for developing, implementing & maintaining quality, health and safety programs as well as providing guidance, training & support to employees & contractors to ensure a safe & healthy work environment.
• Maintaining accurate records & documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, inspection reports & training records.
