Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Executive – Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain and improve our QHSE management across Dubai and other locations. You will lead audits, risk assessments, and CAPA processes while coordinating with operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in any field.
• 5-6 years in freight forwarding, transportation, delivery operations, field supervision, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years supervising field executives, delivery teams, transport vendors or customer-site operations.
• Industry exposure - Freight forwarding, airfreight operations, last-mile delivery, warehousing, project logistics, data-center / high-value cargo operations.

Responsibilities

• HSE management systems implementation and regulatory compliance management.
• Health, safety, environmental, and quality management system administration.
• Risk assessment, hazard identification, and operational safety management.
• Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• HSE auditing, inspection, documentation, and performance reporting.
• Emergency response planning, regulatory coordination, and multi-site HSE oversight.
• Field delivery and transportation operations management.
• Customer-site coordination and delivery supervision.
