Quality Controller Ensure Exceptional Service Standards & Customer Satisfaction

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Quality Controller (QC) to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in excellent condition, with all concerns resolved to meet MG guidelines and IEM SOP. Key Responsibilities

Job Summary
Reflect high-quality image to the customer by ensuring the vehicle is delivered after resolving customer concerns.
Examine serviced vehicles and ensure that the service provided meets MG guidelines and IEM SOP.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Objectives
Ensure that the QA procedures are followed.
Ensure the quality of service meets all the standards.
Carry out vehicle inspection and conduct road tests ensuring compliance with agreed performance and quality standards and record the results.
Assist and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers as required to ensure a high standard of on-time delivery.
Ensure to maintain the "Fix it Right at First Time" ratio.
Collect information and keep data on work carried out, ensuring job cards and repair orders are updated accordingly.
Ensure the working areas are clean and assist the maintenance team with calibration and service of workshop equipment.
Perform other related duties within the workshop as required.
Take an active role in ensuring compliance with Health and Safety provisions.
Keep track records of QA performed on a daily basis.
Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor.
Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Maintain company assets and ensure a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to health and safety procedures and regulations.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity. Driving license is required.

Languages
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.

Software
Computer literate.

Equipment Knowledge
Telephone and computer skills.
