Quality Controller

Conduct 'In process' and 'Post production' Quality Inspections, verification, monitoring and control of projects quality activities. Direct responsibility of Quality with project specifications, tender, work instructions, procedure and manuals as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Quality Control Inspection activities following QMS standards/procedures.
2. Generate Inspection requests and coordinate with QSA for inspections.
3. Monitor and promptly report any issues and delays to the supervisor.
4. Conduct continual in-process inspections to minimize or eliminate rework.
5. Assist the supervisor in preparing Inspection and Test procedures for assigned projects.
6. Accept, reject, or suggest actions in case of failures on jobs.
7. Act as a facilitator for the department's drive for continual improvement.
8. Coordinate NDT activities at the site and assist in producing NDT.
9. Generate inspection reports as per requirements.
10. Conduct Quality walkthroughs and quality campaigns within the section.
11. Raise hazard report regularly as per Company Technology Solutions policy.
12. Contributes ideas for improvement to the employee suggestion scheme.
13. Employee should prioritize wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Adhere to all health & safety protocols, participate in wellbeing & wellness programs, and promptly report any concerns regarding the wellbeing of oneself & others in order to foster a culture of best practice.
14. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
