Perform routine quality checks and testing of incoming material – Food & Non-Food, in process and Finished products.
Follow SOPs and report any deviations.
Record inspection data accurately.
Escalate non-conformities promptly and ensure they are closed with appropriate CAPA within the stipulated timeline.
Support timely product release and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
Conduct inspections to ensure incoming materials and finished products meet quality specifications.
Perform line pre start up and post production hygiene inspections to ensure compliance with GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Assist in implementing quality and food safety standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of quality test results, inspection reports, and FSMS monitoring logs for both QC and production areas.
Assist in the preparation of ingredient samples and finished product samples
Support equipment calibration and routine maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production facility.
Assist in inventory checks for QC supplies and materials.
