Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Implement and monitor quality control procedures and protocols. - Identify and address quality issues promptly, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions. - Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports. - Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations and company policies. - Participate in internal and external quality audits and certifications. - Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the FMCG sector. - Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with quality management software and tools is a plus. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
