The Quality Controller is responsible for conducting road test drives on vehicles both before and after repairs or services to ensure they meet quality and service standards. This includes verifying the vehicle’s condition, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring the vehicle is ready for delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Conducts test drives with customers to verify complaints and identify defects.
Prepares and communicates reports to the workshop supervisor.
Verifies that all repairs are completed and documents any additional work required.
Advises the Foreman of necessary repairs and facilitates customer approval.
Conducts final road tests and ensures vehicles are ready for collection.
Parks vehicles in appropriate areas and conducts customer training on vehicle features and operation.
Attends training to stay updated on new technologies.
3-year diploma/degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Valid UAE Manual Driving License (required for road test drives and handling vehicles).
4-5 years of technical workshop experience in the automotive industry, specifically with passenger cars.
