Job Description

1. Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests and analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products according to standard In-process Quality & Process Control procedures.
2. Ensure that in-line finished products meet the required specifications.
3. Under supervision, learn to perform chemical and physical tests and analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
4. Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally sound QC laboratory environment.
5. Follow standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
6. Document test results accurately in log books, worksheets, or computer databases.
7. Perform minor maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory instruments.
8. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the laboratory area according to company standards.
9. Follow safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
10. Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS), and ISO 9001 standards.
