Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Technology preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Quality Control in the beverage industry.
• Experience in microbiological testing / KORE is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage fruit and malt beverage production quality control.
• Work 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts.

Job description

• Education: Master’s degree in Science (preferably in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Technology) or related fields relevant to managing fruit and malt beverage production.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control within the beverage industry. Experience in microbiological testing / KORE would be a strong advantage.
• Work Conditions: Willing and adaptable to work on a 12-hour shift basis, rotating between day and night shifts.
• Skills: Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and to handle QC activities independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: 3,000 to 3,500 AED/month.
