SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting tests and analyses to verify compliance with relevant specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and register production samples for analysis.

• Perform analyses using specified methods and compare results against established specifications.

• Ensure efficient execution of quality control processes to minimize turnaround time.

• Conduct quality control checks on incoming Raw Material.

• Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed.

• Prepare, distribute, and archive Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).

• Manage retain sample storage and dispose expired samples in accordance with procedures.

• Ensure all instruments are calibrated in compliance with standard requirements.

Qualification:

• Required, Bachelors of Science or 12th Science or equivalent.
• Required, 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the Paint or Chemical industries.
