Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily QC operations, lab testing, and compliance activities.
2. Implement quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Manage product stability testing, raw material verification, and in-process quality controls.
4. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control within the Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and quality assurance systems.
3. Experience in managing lab teams, raw material and finished product testing, and handling external audits.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience in a cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
