Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Quality Control Officer to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for supporting the Quality Management System and Customer Satisfaction initiatives to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor service quality and KPI achievement
- Document observations and non-conformities using standard checklists and forms
- Report findings to the Quality Manager and follow up on corrective actions
- Support waste audits, data collection, and classification of waste streams
- Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and audit documentation
- Provide on-site guidance and basic quality training to operational staff
- Ensure adherence to HSE procedures during inspections and audits
- Use digital tools to prepare and update quality reports
- Assist with internal audits, management reviews, and quality awareness initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline
- 2 – 3 Years of experience working in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Over 2 years of Experience and technical knowledge in the Waste Management Industry (mainly in Services/ operations).
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards is required;
- Internal Auditor certification is preferable.
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is mandatory.

- Inspection & Compliance Monitoring: Ability to evaluate service performance and SOP adherence during site visits
- Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in maintaining accurate records and producing structured inspection reports
- Attention to Detail: Thorough in identifying service gaps, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring compliance
- Communication & Coordination: Effective communicator who can work closely with field staff, supervisors, and management
- Technical & Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using inspection tools, checklists, and digital systems for quality tracking
- HSE Awareness: Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance standards in operational environments
