Job description

• Visiting food preparation/producing establishments as per schedule.
• Inspect and collect information of establishments details, grease traps, and cleaning documents through means and methods provided.
• Inspect the grease trap to identify required frequency of cleaning.
• Give awareness to all food processing establishment about health and environment impact, municipality regulations and Envirol.
• Report all violations found to line manager and Dubai Municipality.
• Follow up with visited establishments pending to clean the grease trap.
• Ensure that the cleaning process and documentation is done as per regulations and requirements.
• Sending daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports to the Market Control Supervisor.
