Trains Team Members, Supervisors and Managers on food safety, quality standards and procedures
Verifies the personal hygiene and cleanliness of the team by using pre-requisite programs (PRPs) checklist
Verifies that the team are following the disease control SOPs using PRPs & follows food safety system verification checklist to ensure the food served is safe
Verifies that operational PRPs are mentioned properly and OPRP checklist is filled and documented
Verifies that the team are following SOPs and verifies the quality of the products
Verifies that restaurant surroundings are maintained and verifies that all sanitary facilities are kept clean, maintained and well equipped
Verifies that critical control points (CCPs) are monitored properly, CCP checklist is filled properly and being documented and restaurant cleaning and sanitizing SOPs are being followed
Verifies that chemicals handling, using and storing are as per established standards and that restaurant has effective integrated pest management program
Verifies that equipment and utensils are maintained as per the standards and that cross contamination is prevented and time temperature controls are followed as per standards
Desired Candidate Profile

Intermediate English and Arabic is an advantage
