Cameron Products in Dubai seeks a seasoned Quality Compliance Manager to lead region-wide quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Product Line standards and QMS across GeoMarkets.

You will develop targeted training, oversee audits, manage corrective actions, and collaborate with site teams to uphold ASME/ISO compliance, EPC/EPF project quality, and safety requirements.

Formación

• 15+ years industry experience.
• Experience with Production Facility Quality and EPC/EPF projects.
• Experience with audits and root-cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

The Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for achieving consistent and sustainable Product Line service delivery throughout the region, systematically and continuously improving delivery, operations and overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Quality Compliance Manager develops targeted training based on challenges faced in the region.

• Ensure aggressive multiyear quality plans exist in each GeoMarket, with milestones and systematic reviews.
  
• Comply with the Quality Management System and Product Line standards, guidelines and procedures in the geographic region of responsibility.
  
• Ensure failure events are properly reported and investigated with RCA based remedial work plans. Make sure exemption processes are active and mitigation measures are applied.
  
• Ensure that the infrastructure is in line with Product Line minimum requirements.
  
• Make sure maintenance is performed as per Product Line specifications, and that maintenance, labs and other key personnel have the required tools and training as outlined by the Product Line.
  
• Work closely with locations to establish strong procedures and process.
  
• Communicate best practices and other knowledge from Quality Compliance Management network.
  
• Implement audits and self assessments, and follow up on quality and closure of remedial work plans. Participate in base and wellsite inspections.

Experience :

• 15+ years Industry experience
• Prior work experience inProduction Facility Quality,Management of Constructioncontractors, Site Quality supportfor Installation, Precommissioning, Commissioningactivities.
• Minimum 5 years in EPC/ EPFprojects full cycle executioninclusive of Engineering,procurement, construction andcommissioning.

Expertise :

• Fabrication / Site Inspections for Oil & Gas Process Equipment.
• Fabrication / ASME Sec VIII, Sec IX, Sec V, PED/CE marking and ATEX requirements.
• Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) and preferable ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Technical qualification – Bachelor’s in engineering (B.E) - Mechanical or equivalent .
