Job summary

Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS), based in the DIFC, Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Test & Quality Associate to strengthen the quality and reliability of technology solutions. You will support test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance, partnering with business and tech stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
• Experience designing test strategies, developing test cases, and executing test plans.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements and project specifications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Document test results and manage defects through logging, retesting, and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and provide progress updates on testing status.
• Develop and implement methods to optimize QA processes and testing efficiency.
• Support industry best practices and test management solutions to enhance software quality.
• Assist in expanding automation by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
