Job Summary:

The incumbent, in the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of product quality within GMG's Farm Fresh division. The role involves implementing quality protocols, overseeing audits, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards to uphold GMG’s commitment to excellence in product safety and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily quality assurance processes, ensuring that raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet established quality standards.
2. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, reviewing production batches for compliance, and identifying areas for improvement in the QA process.
3. The incumbent develops corrective action plans, oversees the implementation of preventive measures, and provides training to staff on QA standards.
4. Regularly coordinating with cross-functional teams, the incumbent ensures any quality issues are effectively communicated and resolved.
5. This role also involves maintaining comprehensive QA documentation, assisting with internal and external audits, and leveraging SAP ERP for quality data recording.
6. The incumbent is expected to stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring GMG's practices align with local and international standards, and to participate actively in projects for continuous process improvement and risk mitigation.
