Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English skills necessary.

Job description

NextGen Filters is looking for a QA Supervisor to join our Quality Assurance team in Fujairah. This role is critical in ensuring that all QA activities on the production floor meet the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and guide QA team members, including leaders and technicians
2. Ensure compliance with production plans, brand changes, and BOM approvals
3. Maintain and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP with proper authorization
4. Oversee floor specifications, issue updates, and resolve challenges proactively
5. Conduct on-floor QA checks and support material sampling activities
6. Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Supply Chain, and NPD teams
7. Support CAPA processes and training of QA staff during new procedure rollouts

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong spoken & written English skills
• Knowledge of SAP & MS Office (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Cigarette/Filter Making & Packing QA processes
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
