Achieve product specific quality KPI's in terms of Dispatch Quality, Box weight, Crown Condition, Defects, and zero customer complaints with reference to Food Safety.
Ensure zero repetitive customer complaints.
Manage monthly analysis and reporting on the above parameters.
Design, conduct, and monitor research and analysis of results as per organizational requirements.
Support the operating team in the identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct 100% survey of fruit care activities.
Handle training and certification.
Monitor non-fruit inventory.
Manage cold storage operations.
Experience & Skills:
Agriculture/Horticulture Graduate.
Working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably for Fresh Produce Q.A Audit and Certification.
