Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and oversee QA/QC processes for high-rise luxury buildings.
2. Conduct technical work and material inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
3. Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), test procedures, and quality documentation.
4. Monitor and control site quality execution, ensuring adherence to project and regulatory standards.
5. Identify and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and deviation notices when required.
6. Work closely with subcontractors to enforce quality standards and manage performance.
7. Conduct site inspections, audits, and reports, providing actionable recommendations.
8. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, resolving quality-related issues efficiently.

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise buildings construction in the UAE.
2. Experience in a main contracting company (consultancy, MEP, and oil & gas experience will not be considered).
3. Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
4. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant QA/QC management software.
2. Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2018 certification is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Quality Assurance & Control.
