About Your Team

You will report to the QA/QC Manager and work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate inspections, monitor compliance, and support the implementation of quality processes. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining project integrity and meeting client expectations.

Your Role

As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and conducting material and work inspections
• Managing snagging and close-out processes
• Monitoring compliance with specifications and drawings
• Supporting corrective and preventive actions
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and third-party labs
• Participating in audits and field testing

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality coordination within the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification

Knowledge & Skills:

• QA/QC accreditation with a recognized professional body
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and construction quality requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting
• Effective communication and coordination skills
