Job description

A Quality Assurance Officer in Real Estate plays a vital role in ensuring that the company’s services and products meet the required standards and regulations. Their job is to oversee and maintain high-quality processes throughout the real estate transactions, development projects, and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare reports on the quality of services, properties, and transactions, including areas for improvement.
  2. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance assessments.
  3. Ensure that the real estate business stays up-to-date with the latest regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  4. Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience: minimum 2 years.
  2. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (especially in Abu Dhabi).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with luxury real estate listings or niche markets.
  2. Bilingual (Arabic/English).
