Job Description
The job holder is responsible for working with quality managers to establish quality control mechanisms, identify risks, and define relevant risk mitigation strategies. She/he also develops and implements project standards and frameworks to ensure objectives are met, and ensures compliance with the ISO Quality Manual.
Monitor and execute SOPs for Warehouse Operations
- Ensure all SOPs are strictly adhered to in Warehouse Operations.
- Report errors observed in delivery (delays, returns, double orders, wrong orders, batch/expiry differences).
- Conduct at least 2 pharma agency stock checks per month; report results regarding expiries, lot details, and system quantities.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Reduce returned orders with relevant errors by 50% compared to 2016 figures through daily audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with corporate Policies, Procedures, and SOPs.
Investigation of Customer Complaints and Stock
- Investigate customer complaints and deficiency reports; prepare root cause analysis reports.
- Update customer complaint reports and submit to the QA Manager.
- Identify and suggest corrective actions for deficiencies caused by improper storage or extended storage periods.
- Facilitate internal and external audits with relevant documentation and reports.
- Aim to enhance overall customer satisfaction to 85%.
Review of ISO Manual
- Periodically review the AEC ISO Quality Manual in coordination with the Corporate ISO Specialist.
- Ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on quality and systems for management review.
- Suggest amendments to the ISO manual to the Corporate ISO Specialist.
- Review and complete GSDP questionnaires as per ISO standards and guidelines.
- Timely revise and update all SOPs and ensure timely ISO 9001:2015 training certification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science from a recognized university or institution.
Additional Skills & Requirements
- Exposure to ISO standards, training, and certification.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
