Job description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Officer to work with our partners across the region in ensuring that suppliers, branch operations and franchise outlets are adhering to our food safety, quality standards and operational guidelines. This role will be based from our UAE office but will be expected to travel, conducting regular audits and providing ongoing support and training to franchisees.

• Work with franchisees to discuss customer concerns and implement improvements based on feedback

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or related field specifically in F&B or Food Production. You will have experience conducting audits and have a strong understanding of compliance standards.
