Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes for compliance with quality standards.
  • Report and document non-conformities and assist with corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate Quality records and documentation.

Education:

  • Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a food industry related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or quality control.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or BRC is highly preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Experience in sampling, testing, and using lab equipment.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, and hygiene stabdards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Certifications:

  • HACCP Certification
  • ISO 22000/FSSC Certification
