Job Description: A Quality Assurance Officer in Real Estate plays a vital role in ensuring that the company's services and products meet the required standards and regulations. Their job is to oversee and maintain high-quality processes throughout the real estate transactions, development projects, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports on the quality of services, properties, and transactions including areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance assessments.
Ensure that the real estate business stays up-to-date with the latest regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience minimum 2 years.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (especially in Abu Dhabi).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with luxury real estate listings or niche markets.
Bilingual (Arabic/English).
