MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fintech team. You will design and execute test plans, identify regressions, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience across our trading platforms.

The role emphasizes accuracy, automation where possible, and adherence to security and regulatory standards in software development. Experience in fintech QA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong QA theory and hands-on testing experience.
• Experience with regression, functional, UI/UX and performance testing.
• Familiarity with API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of all products to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure features are implemented as per specifications and provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Raise bug tickets and improvement requests in JIRA or similar issue-tracking systems.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, UI/UX testing, and performance testing as needed.
• Continuously monitor product performance and usability, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirements and ensure proper validation.
• Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and consistency in testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in software development.
• Document test cases, findings, and improvement recommendations for future reference.

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards across all our products by continuously scanning for bugs, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that all development aligns with specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers to maintain a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX designers.
