ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Audit Performance to lead quality assurance frameworks and governance standards in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing performance systems, managing assurance functions, and collaborating across the organization to enhance audit quality.

The ideal profile includes a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and audit roles, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, audit and assurance, performance management, governance, compliance, or organizational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of audit and assurance standards, quality assurance methodologies, maturity assessment models, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work with senior audit and assurance leaders, group companies, audit committees, external auditors, service providers, regulators, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Performance function to ensure effective implementation of assurance frameworks and performance systems.
• Drive excellence strategies and quality improvement programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Chief Audit and Assurance Officer, senior leadership, group companies, audit committees, and assurance teams.
