Qualifications

Take over a key role as a Quality and Operations Executive in the Quality department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

  • Oversee the service provider teams, ensuring they meet professional standards through continuous training and retraining sessions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor on-demand service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with Justlife’s operating procedures
  • Use analytical tools like Power BI to track professional performance metrics and initiate action plans for underperformers
  • Coordinate service quality efforts between Justlife and partners, addressing non-compliance, and ensuring adherence to standards
  • Manage the purchasing, procurement, and inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring seamless operation
  • Conduct site visits to engage with service providers, understand their challenges and improve service delivery
  • Work with other departments to address performance issues, implement training, and coordinate initiatives
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for updates, rewards, and bonuses, ensuring clarity and accessibility through collaboration with the marketing team
  • Propose, lead and assist in special projects and ensure proper documentation, updates to training materials, and accurate communication across teams


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality and service role, preferably in the home service industry
  • Proficiency in Google and Excel Sheets (including basic formulas) and experience with on-demand service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of quality standards and experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Analytical thinker with sound business judgment and the ability to enforce compliance
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support performance improvement initiatives
