Job summary

Motherson Automotive Technologies and Engineering (MATE) in Dubai seeks a quality professional to develop and maintain the QMS in line with ATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

You will manage QMS documentation, lead internal audits, and coordinate process and product audits per VDA standards, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.

This role requires close collaboration with teams and external auditors during certification and surveillance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QMS based on ATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
• Keep documentation updated (quality manuals, procedures, SOPs)
• Plan and conduct QMS internal audits
• Plan and conduct process audits and product audits as per VDA standard
• Ensure closure of audit findings and corrective actions
• Coordinate with team and external parties
• Coordinate with external auditors during certification or surveillance audits
