Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai seeks a Quality Manager/Supervisor to plan and supervise QA activities across multiple projects. The role includes leading Quality Engineers, conducting regular reviews, and driving improvements in processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

The incumbent will manage internal audits, liaise with consultants and auditors, and oversee material inspections and storage on site to uphold quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the activities of Direct Reportees / Quality Engineers from various projects.
• Hold regular review meetings with Quality Engineers to discuss project quality performance and provide guidance.
• Monitor site management systems related to quality and conduct inspections.
• Participate in periodic management review meetings and implement agreed actions.
• Initiate new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
• Plan and execute internal audits of the company's Quality Management Systems.
• Oversee quality processes of civil/interior works across projects.
• Review quality procedures and develop Project Quality Plans, Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans with consultant approval.
• Report non-conformities related to civil/interior workmanship and track corrective actions.
• Initiate corrective actions for system non-conformances and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct quality review meetings with engineers and address quality alerts.
• Inspect materials against approved submittals and ensure proper usage and storage at site.
• Evaluate company practices against ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Liaise with external auditors and authorities on quality matters.
• Coordinate training on quality topics across departments.
