Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of EPC construction or fabrication experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to translate complex information into clear procedures and training materials.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles and practice.
• ISO Auditor training (9001, 14001, 45001) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits as per plan monthly and report timely results.
• Update procedures and assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basis.
• Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QLs and other measurements.
• Maintain and publish KPI, QI, and COQ data for key functions of the fabrication yard and projects.
• Prepare and review procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review audit results and ensure root cause analysis.
• Facilitate and lead project teams to implement process improvements.
• Use Lean tools and problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues.
• Define best practices and promote process discipline and standardization.
• Coach process owners in trend analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Provide process analysis and propose quality improvements.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements via 30/60/90‑day verifications.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor new/adjusted process outputs.
• Assist in maintaining New Management Systems and revise policies/procedures.
• Present New Management System results to site leadership.
• Represent QA on projects as assigned.
• Review management system documents and expedite updates.
