1. Quality Management:
   • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
   • Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
   • Oversee quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
   • Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly.
   • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
2. Health and Safety Management:
   • Develop and enforce health and safety policies in line with regulations.
   • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, implementing preventive measures.
   • Lead safety training programs for employees.
   • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
   • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
3. Environmental Management:
   • Implement and manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) per ISO 14001 or similar standards.
   • Monitor environmental impacts such as waste, water, and energy use.
   • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
   • Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint.
4. Compliance and Certification:
