Job Description

• Assist and advise management and staff on all matters related to QHSE and the organization's IMS.
• Ensure the IMS is properly implemented, functions effectively, and is adhered to on-site as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific QHSE policies, procedures, work instructions, method statements, risk assessments, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard observations, and audits of the organization's client site facilities, worksites, equipment, work practices, and safety devices.
• Undertake regular QHSE-related inductions, toolbox talks, and issue-specific training for all site staff.
• Prepare inspection and audit reports of findings and recommend corrective actions to address actual and potential non-conformities.
• Investigate all accidents/incidents related to injuries, environmental impact, and damage to assets at worksites to ascertain root causes and develop measures to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor compliance with applicable legal and other requirements and assess their impact on the organization's processes.
• Coordinate and establish QHSE meetings for all assigned sites and ensure they function properly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the QHSE Supervisor / QHSE Manager.
