Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a QHSE Specialist to lead site-level implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental programmes across a data centre campus. The role ensures QHSE requirements are embedded into daily operations, maintenance and projects, with audits, risk assessments, PTW verification and CAPA management at the core.

Minimum 5+ years’ QHSE experience, preferably in GCC, and working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 are required or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field; professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years’ QHSE experience, preferably in GCC.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001; audit readiness required or strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting inspections/audits and managing CAPA in live facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as campus QHSE representative; implement and improve policies, standards, procedures and controls; embed QHSE into operations and projects.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, PTW verification and CAPA tracking; ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate reporting of incidents, NCRs and lessons learned; maintain compliance documentation and certification inputs.
• Drive environmental management, waste control and energy awareness; maintain records for audits and reviews.
• Coach teams and stakeholders; promote QHSE culture and stop-work when necessary.
