Job description

Developing and Implementing QHSE Strategies: • Creating and executing comprehensive QHSE strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented across all departments. Managing QHSE Systems: • Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE management systems, including quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001), and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001). Ensuring Compliance: • Ensuring the company complies with all relevant QHSE laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as internal policies and procedures. Promoting a QHSE Culture: • Fostering a positive and proactive QHSE culture across the organisation, encouraging employee participation and engagement in safety and quality initiatives. Leading the QHSE Team: • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the QHSE team, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to effectively carry out their duties. Monitoring and Reporting: • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor QHSE performance, reporting on progress to senior management, and identifying areas for improvement. Incident Investigation and Prevention: • Leading or overseeing investigations into QHSE incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
