Job Description

1. Maintain HACCP documentation and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP processes.
2. Report daily quality-related activities to the Quality Manager.
3. Inspect all incoming goods, pre-mixes, in-process materials, packaging materials, and finished products; sample, measure, analyze, evaluate, and report findings.
4. Ensure traceability, FIFO, production dates, expiry dates, and product/material reflection are maintained as per SOPs.
5. Maintain safety and hygiene standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ensure imported and exported materials comply with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Report non-conformances and ensure timely product release for sales and distribution.
8. Measure and report the Quality Demerit Index daily.
9. Identify and report unsafe working conditions related to operations, employees, equipment, and environment.
10. Maintain and implement prerequisite programs for HACCP and ISO standards.
11. Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions as advised by the Quality Manager.
12. Support sensory and laboratory activities as required.
13. Perform other duties as reasonably requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing company in similar roles.
• Knowledge of Halal concepts.
• Strong quality reporting skills.
• Experience with SOPs and GMP operations related to the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Understanding of standards, observation, sampling, measurement, reporting, and follow-up processes.
