# QC Manager – ElectromechanicalWe are seeking an experienced QC Manager – Electromechanical to establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for EM/RSP disciplines, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards. Initially project-based, this role is expected to transition into a corporate position overseeing EM/RSP quality across the EPC project lifecycle.* Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures for EM/RSP works.* Review and approve material submittals, technical documentation, method statements, and vendor quality documents.* Oversee inspections of incoming materials, site installations, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), testing, and commissioning activities.* Monitor construction quality through inspections, surveillance, and compliance with project specifications and international standards.* Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).* Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project requirements.* Supervise and mentor QC Engineers and Inspectors, setting performance objectives and promoting continuous improvement.* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the EPC lifecycle.* Oversee project handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and quality dossiers.* Support the development and standardization of corporate EM/RSP quality systems and procedures#### Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.* 10–15 years' QA/QC experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a senior QC leadership role.* Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects; storage terminals and transfer systems preferred.* ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred; AWS/CSWIP or NACE certifications are an advantage.* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical (HV/LV), ELV, and RSP systems.* Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME, and ADNOC specifications; knowledge of ADDC/TAQA/TRANSCO requirements is an advantage.* Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and project management platforms.
