Job summary

Archirodon is seeking a Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator) in the UAE to support quality control activities on EPC projects. You will report to the QC Engineer and help implement vendor documentation procedures, review drawings, and prepare inspection records.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in QA/QC, experience with RFI/IRN workflows, and strong MS Office skills. ADNOC project experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or inspection coordination; ADNOC project experience preferred.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the QC Engineer and support quality control procedures for vendors' documentation.
• Review project specifications, drawings and BOQ to identify quality requirements and inspection criteria.
• Manage RFI/IRN workflows, inspection requests, scheduling and closing inspection records.
• Prepare ITPs, approved drawings, project specs, procedures and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Contractors, TPI agencies, QC Inspectors and Client.
• Assist in evaluating and qualifying vendors and develop quality metric requirements.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in UAE.

What you will need to do:

Report directly to the assigned QC Engineer and support the implementation of quality control procedures for vendors documentation.

Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify quality requirements, engineering criteria, and inspection requirements.

RFI/IRN workflows, inspection requests, inspection scheduling, and closing inspection records.

Preparation of ITPs, approved drawings, project specifications, procedures, and inspection reports.

Coordination with Vendors, Contractors, TPI agencies, QC Inspectors, and the Client.

Coordinate with the TPI (Third party Inspectors) and Procurement Team for Vendor related issues.

Assist in evaluating, monitoring and qualifying the FAP Vendors / Sub-Vendors. He shall assists in developing quality metric requirements for Contractors /Vendors.

Perform additional related duties as assigned by the QC Engineer or QC Manager.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or inspection coordination, depending on project requirements. ADNOC project experience is preferred.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
