Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator) to join our team on UAE EPC projects. You will report to the QC Engineer and support vendor documentation QC procedures.

The role involves reviewing specs, drawings and BOQ to define quality criteria, managing RFI/IRN workflows, inspection scheduling, and preparing inspection reports and ITPs. ADNOC project experience is preferred and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC or inspection coordination experience; ADNOC project experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the QC Engineer and support QC procedures for vendor documentation.
• Review project specs, drawings and BOQ to identify quality requirements.
• Coordinate RFI/IRN workflows, inspection scheduling and close records.
• Prepare ITPs, drawings, specs, procedures and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Contractors, TPI agencies and Client.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in UAE.

What you will need to do:

• Report directly to the assigned QC Engineer and support the implementation of quality control procedures for vendors documentation.
• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify quality requirements, engineering criteria, and inspection requirements.
• RFI/IRN workflows, inspection requests, inspection scheduling, and closing inspection records.
• Preparation of ITPs, approved drawings, project specifications, procedures, and inspection reports.
• Coordination with Vendors, Contractors, TPI agencies, QC Inspectors, and the Client.
• Coordinate with the TPI (Third party Inspectors) and Procurement Team for Vendor related issues.
• Assist in evaluating, monitoring and qualifying the FAP Vendors / Sub-Vendors. He shall assists in developing quality metric requirements for Contractors /Vendors.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the QC Engineer or QC Manager.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or inspection coordination, depending on project requirements. ADNOC project experience is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
