QC Inspector Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect mechanical installations (e.g., piping, HVAC, equipment) as per drawings and quality plans.

Monitor fabrication, welding, testing, and erection activities.

Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and non-conformance logs.

Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and codes.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors on quality-related matters.

Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical QC (preferably in UAE or Gulf).

Strong knowledge of standards (ASME, ISO, API, etc.).

Familiarity with inspection tools, methods, and documentation.
