• Perform root cause analysis on defects and recommend preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated and functional.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required for a strong technical foundation.

• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent are highly desirable to validate expertise.
