QC Inspector - Kizad Abu Dhabi

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collection of samples and numbering it as per production numbering.
2. Entering the sample details in the sample log.
3. Use of measuring instruments to measure the sample parameters.
4. Visual Inspection of FG.
5. Preparation of the sample as per the SOP.
6. Safe installation of the samples on the relevant test machines.
7. Functional knowledge of UTM.
8. Non-conforming products identification and shifting to quarantine area.
9. Proper housekeeping in the quality lab.
10. Following safety rules and policies of the company.
11. Maintaining calibration records of the instruments used.
12. 1st Quality / ISO representative during external audits.
13. Preparation of MTC according to P.O and packing list.
