Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Systems & Inspection: Design, establish, and execute quality control processes, inspection routines, and physical/mechanical testing procedures for sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Ex / Hazardous Area Compliance: Coordinate compliance testing activities with third-party accredited laboratories for IECEx and ATEX certifications.
• Quality Sign-off Authority: Exercise primary authority to approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on defined quality standards.
• Product Marking & Traceability: Ensure all products intended for explosive atmospheres are accurately marked and labeled with Ex markings in accordance with IECEx/ATEX directives.
• Defect & Trend Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed quality documentation and test reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fabrication and management teams to integrate quality control standards across all operations.
