Avsar Global in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a qualified Quality Control (QC) Engineer. You will develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with international standards and Ex requirements.

You will inspect, approve, or reject raw materials, in-process fabrications, and finished products. Responsibilities include coordinating IECEx/ATEX testing, exercising QC sign-off authority, and ensuring proper marking and traceability for explosive atmospheres.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Certification in Quality Management.
• Hands-on QC experience in sheet metal fabrication, especially stainless steel.
• Knowledge of Ex-Proof requirements and QAN/QAR processes.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Design, establish, and execute QC processes and inspection routines for sheet metal components.
• Coordinate compliance testing for IECEx/ATEX certifications.
• Exercise primary authority to approve or reject materials and finished products.
• Ensure Ex markings and traceability for explosive atmosphere components.
