Job summary

L&T Technology Services Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to lead on-site quality management for civil construction projects.

You will prepare and check quality plans, develop method statements aligned with IS codes, and supervise field activities to ensure compliance and traceability. Key duties include coordinating with clients, contractors, site teams and consultants; maintaining drawing registers and document controls; conducting toolbox talks; and

Qualifications

• Experience preparing quality plans and method statements per IS codes.
• Experience in site mix design and material inspection.
• Proficient in document control, drawing registers and checklists.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes on construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Ability to conduct toolbox talks and weekly quality meetings.
• Sampling and visual checks of concrete, shotcrete, cement grout.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and checking of Quality plan, Method statement with respect to specifications / IS codes.

? Responsible for Establishment or Preparation of Design Mix at site.

? Maintaining all documents related to the site Quality Department, Drawing Register, and Checklist.

? Responsible for study of specifications of Items of work.

? To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.

? On site scheduled Supervision of Works.

? Reporting and Documentation (Control of Documents).

? Coordination among the Client, Contractor ,Site and Consultants organizing qualification tests as per Method Statements.

? Process Quality Checks of all the activities,

? Co-ordination with GC/CMRL Engineers for inspection of site activity as and when required and obtaining clearances.

? Deliver Quality Toolbox Talk and conduct weekly meetings at site for guiding site engineers and workmen to achieve desired quality and improve workmanship in construction operations.

? To ensure that approved material is being used at site and proper documentation is being done for traceability of quality checks.
