Job Description

• Inspect and monitor daily construction and installation activities, particularly GRE/GRP piping systems, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure proper compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality documentation (ITPs, QCPs, NCRs, etc.).
• Coordinate and liaise with site engineers, clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters.
• Conduct material inspections upon receipt and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Monitor the calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support internal and external audits; close out NCRs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance during all quality control activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QC Engineer, preferably in fibreglass, thermoplastics, or piping systems (GRE/GRP).
• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO, ASTM, API, and ASME.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, inspection techniques, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
