Job Description

• Bachelor of mechanical or metallurgical engineering, or other relevant engineering degree.
• Having a total experience of min. 15 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Oil & Gas Projects.
• Relevant background in welding, NDT and coating/painting.
• Strong personality and leadership skills.
• Preferably with ADNOC or similar Oil & Gas Company experience and approval as Construction Quality Control Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance, presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement in real time.
