Job summary

Black & Grey HR in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE seeks a QAQC Engineer MEP for high-rise building projects. You will ensure QA/QC compliance across MEP works to meet project standards and specifications.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, consultants and site engineers, maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspecting materials, and supporting corrective actions. Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for MEP activities on site.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and records.
• Monitor material inspections, testing activities and method statement compliance.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in audits, site inspections and project handover activities.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and project execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control compliance across MEP works while maintaining project standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for MEP activities on project sites.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams consultants subcontractors and site engineers regarding quality-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation inspection reports checklists and records.
• Monitor material inspections testing activities and method statement compliance.
• Identify non-conformance issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans safety standards and authority requirements.
• Participate in internal audits site inspections and project handover activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality processes and project execution.

Requirements:

• Requirements- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 310 years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures inspections and quality standards for MEP works.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and technical coordination.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
